The City of Citrus Heights is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide construction management services for the Mariposa Avenue Safe Routes to School Phase 4 project. Services shall include overall construction management, labor compliance, construction inspection and materials testing.
This project is a state funded Active Transportation Program (ATP) grant project. The Project will provide Safe Routes to School facilities for walking/biking in Citrus Heights with a specific goal of completing the final section of sidewalk and bicycle lanes on Mariposa Avenue between the southern intersection of Northeast Circle and Madison Avenue.
Interested parties can download the Request for Proposals (RFP) and the associated Appendices at the link below. Proposers shall carefully examine the entire RFP and any addenda thereto, and all related materials and data referenced in the RFP or otherwise available, and shall become fully aware of the nature and the conditions to be encountered in performing the services. Proposals shall be submitted in the manner specified in the RFP. Submittal deadline is 3:00 PM on April 1, 2021.
There is no Pre-Proposal Meeting for this project.
