PUBLIC COMMENT

Under Government Code Section 54954.3, members of the audience may address the Council on any item of interest to the public and within the Council's purview, or on any Agenda Item before or during the Council's consideration of the Item.  If you wish to address the Council during the meeting, please fill out a Speaker Identification Sheet and give it to the City Clerk.  When you are called upon to speak, step forward to the podium and state your name for the record.  Normally, speakers are limited to five minutes each with 30 minutes being allowed for all comments.  Any public comments beyond the initial 30 minutes may be heard at the conclusion of the agenda.  The Mayor has the discretion to lengthen or shorten the allotted times.

15. SUBJECT: Stock Ranch Shops 11 – Stock Ranch Guide for Development Amendment and Design Review

RECOMMENDATION: The Following is Recommended:

a. Determine that the Previously Adopted EIR, EIR Addendums and Negative Declaration are the Appropriate Environmental Documents for this Project and no Further Review is Required

b. Adopt Resolution No. 2018-___; A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights, California, Adopting Amendments to the Stock Ranch Guide for Development and Approving a Design Review Permit for a New 8,700 SF Commercial Building
 

16. SUBJECT: Draft Allocation of Federal 2019 Community Development Block Grant Funds

a. Determine the Project is Exempt from CEQA Under Section 15305

b. Adopt Resolution No. 2018 - _____; A Resolution of the City of Citrus Heights Adopting a General Plan Amendment related to Subdivision of Commercial Properties

c. Introduce for First Reading, Read by Title Only and Waive the Full Reading of Ordinance No. 2018 - _____; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights to Amend Certain Sections of the Zoning Code in Regard to Subdivisions of Commercially Zoned Land

 

18. SUBJECT: 2018 Housing Update and Small Lot Ordinance and Guidelines

a. Determine the Project is Exempt from CEQA Under Section 15305 and the Changes to the Boulevard Plan are Minor in Nature and the Previously Prepared EIR is Found to be Sufficient

b Introduce for First Reading, Read by Title Only and Waive the Full Reading of Ordinance No. 2018 - _____; An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights to Amend Certain Sections of the Zoning Code in Regard to Small Lot Housing Product Regulations and Guidelines

c. Adopt the Small Lot Design Principles as Shown in Attachment 3 in the Staff Report

d. Adopt Resolution No. 2018 - _____ ; A Resolution of the City Council of the City of Citrus Heights Adopting Amendments to the Auburn Boulevard Plan – Reinventing the Auburn Boulevard Corridor
