As an SASD customer, you pay a monthly utility fee for sewer services and SASD will try to help you first by checking their sewer pipelines for problems. SASD's dedicated maintenance and operations staff work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to reduce sewage backups, overflows and loss of service for SASD customers.
