CaliforniaFIRST allows you to save money and energy -- benefitting both you and your community.
CSCDA Open PACE
CSDA's Open PACE program offers several pace adminstrators that provide pace financing to residential and commercial property owners for renewable energy, energy efficeiency, water efficiency and seismic strengthening improvements to real property.
Citrus Heights is one of the many communities across California offer HERO to eligible homeowners for energy efficient upgrades and improvements such as solar, HVAC, windows, roofing, water savings products and more.
The HERO Program is the fastest growing energy efficiency financing solution in the country and is helping to lower utility bills, reduce carbon emissions, and create new jobs every day!
The Sacramento County Clean Energy Community Facilities District (CFD) makes it possible for commercial and residential property owners to finance energy efficiency, water conservation, and renewable energy upgrades with low upfront costs. These "green" improvements are paid for through the owner's property tax bill.
This unique financing mechanism, also known as PACE, is tied to the property, rather than the individual and eligibility is based primarily on property value and equity (15 percent minimum required) rather than credit score. PACE may allow the payment obligation to transfer to a new owner if the property is sold.
PACE, offered by the County’s CFD through program administrator Ygrene Energy Fund, is now accepting applications from commercial and residential owners to make energy efficient improvements to their homes and businesses.
