5410 Sunrise Blvd Capital Nursery Plaza 1/28/2015 Redevelopment of a vacant site at the corner of Sunrise Blvd and Madison Ave, home of the former Capital Nursery.  The project will construct a 50,000 sf of retail/restaurant spaces including a new grocery store, sit down restaurant, and new drive-thru fast food.
