The Human Resources and City Information Department serves as an internal customer service provider of integrated services including human resources, the City Clerk's office, city information, risk management, and community partnerships.

The Human Resources and City Information Departments work with outside agencies on community partnership projects to help improve the quality of life in Citrus Heights.
Human Resources Division
Human Resources Division is responsible for implementing the city's mission, vision, and core values, as well as recruiting, hiring, and retaining a talented workforce.
Risk Management Division
Risk Management Division seeks to maintain a safe and fair working environment and to ensure that city assets are protected from loss, theft, and misuse. The division reviews liability claims submitted against the city to determine any appropriate actions. This division also works with injured employees to return them to full health and supports workplace safety and training.
