Tentative Map Permits

About the Permit
Tentative maps are an initial map setting forth in detail a proposed division of land that must comply with the Citrus Heights subdivision and zoning regulations and the California Subdivision Map Act. Tentative map applications require the approval of the Planning Commission.

Not all property may qualify for land division. Prior to submitting an application, it is recommended that you contact the Planning Division to discuss your project.
